By registering an account on 45phspin, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. 45phspin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time.

To access the full features of 45phspin, including placing bets and making withdrawals, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 45phspin will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Account credentials must not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party under any circumstances.
• 45phspin reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.

All accounts on 45phspin are subject to identity verification (KYC). You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.

45phspin supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 45phspin's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount on 45phspin is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 45phspin account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. 45phspin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, to prevent money laundering.
• 45phspin aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and account verification status.
• 45phspin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.

45phspin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to your 45phspin account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts associated with each bonus will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 45phspin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Players may not combine bonuses unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

• All random number generator (RNG) games on 45phspin use certified RNG technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers under controlled conditions.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 45phspin will apply its standard disconnection policy, which is detailed within each game's rules. Generally, interrupted rounds will be resolved based on the game state at the time of disconnection.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 45phspin and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of account balances where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with 45phspin games or systems.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in 45phspin's platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 45phspin immediately.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits directly from their account settings at any time.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use 45phspin solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from 45phspin without prior written consent.
• Any unauthorized use of 45phspin's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 45phspin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 45phspin platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 45phspin's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the 45phspin platform.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

45phspin's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 45phspin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

45phspin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By registering an account on 45phspin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications where you have provided consent.

45phspin will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

45phspin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Upon account closure for breach of these terms, 45phspin reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance after deducting any amounts owed to 45phspin. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as a player-initiated closure — any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 45phspin's customer support team.

45phspin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 45phspin will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of 45phspin following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using 45phspin and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to 45phspin's customer support team for informal resolution. 45phspin aims to resolve all player disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 45phspin from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, 45phspin's records of game activity shall be considered the primary source of evidence, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
